Under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, all businesses must ensure that any waste produced is correctly stored whilst on the premises and is transported and disposed of by a licensed waste carrier.  It is essential that as a business, you set up a contract with a registered waste carrier to have your waste regularly collected.

We are Environment Agency approved licensed waste carriers and are able to provide a first class service in London & Essex.  We provide a full range of waste disposal and clearance services for commercial, industrial and domestic customers and can clear anything from houses, lofts, gardens, offices, factories and garages.

We are approved to handle hazardous waste including low grade asbestos.  We are also able to store business waste products, and destroy documents as required.

Commercial waste must be packed in suitable containers so that it cannot fall out, blow away or escape from the receptacle such that it could cause pollution or harm to anyone.

Under the duty of care regulations spillages or incorrect waste storage is the responsibility of the producer of the waste and they must ensure that their waste is contained properly and securely to ensure that spillage does not occur.
